Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable to the advance payments made for our services.
  • Clients are eligible to request a refund of the advance payment within 14 days from the date of the payment, provided no milestone related to the project has been achieved.
  • Once a milestone has been hit, no refunds will be provided for any payments made towards that milestone. This includes partial or full payments for the completed milestone.
  • Full and final settlements are conclusive and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, the client must contact Victopia Labs Private Limited via email atreach@victopialabs.com, providing a detailed reason for the refund request.
  • The request must be submitted within the 14-day period from the payment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • Upon receipt of the refund request, Victopia Labs Private Limited will review the claim, assess the progress of the project, and determine the eligibility for a refund based on the terms outlined in this policy.
  • If the refund request is approved, Victopia Labs Private Limited will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used by the client.

Exceptions:

  • No refunds will be issued for any services that have already commenced and reached a project milestone.
  • Refunds are not available for any late requests made after the 14-day eligibility period.
  • Victopia Labs Private Limited reserves the right to deny refund requests if the services provided meet the project specifications and the agreed-upon milestones.
